St. Anne's Soup Kitchen

Who We Are

St. Anne's soup kitchen is a public and free service to those suffering food insecurities throughout the community. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization originally formed in 1981 by a group of local churches.

Our soup kitchen is a separate building from the main shelter, providing hot nutritious meals to families and individuals experiencing food insecurities. Our soup kitchen serves both our 200+ homeless resident currently living at Lantern House and thousands of individuals from the community.

All our meals are accessible to anyone in need (without stipulations) at zero cost and provide the essential nutrients needed to maintain healthy bodies and minds. Our goal is not only to provide food but to also provide support and resources to end thier food insecurities.

What We Do

Our food program is a public and free service to those suffering from food insecurities throughout the community.Through a collaborative approach, ensuring no adult or child goes without a meal in our community. Along with providing 3 hot nutritious meals a day, we also provide support and resources for long-term food sustainability.

Each meal served in our soup kitchen meets the USDA requirement for nutrition, and our talented cooks create diverse dishes with complex flavors that expose our community to a wide array of healthy foods.

All our meal are accessible to anyone in need (without stipulation) at zero cost and provide the essential nutrient needed to maintain healthy bodies and minds. Our goal is not only to provide food but to also provide support and resources to end thier food insecurities.
